Even rustig ademhalen en bijkomen van alle stress van het werk. Maar haal jij wel op de juiste manier adem?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4);\"><span style=\"--tcb-applied-color: var$(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important;\">Ademhalen is een levens essentie. We kunnen gewoon niet zonder. Toch leren we er niets over op school. Tenzij je zingt, toneel speelt of een muziekinstrument bespeelt krijgen de meeste van ons geen les in ademhalen. Gelukkig kunnen de meesten van ons goed genoeg ademhalen om te overleven. Echter heel veel van ons halen verkeerd adem en dat zorgt voor problemen en vage klachten zoals:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4);\"><span style=\"--tcb-applied-color: var$(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important;\">Pijn (en chronische pijn),<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4);\"><span style=\"--tcb-applied-color: var$(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important;\">verzuring<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4);\"><span style=\"--tcb-applied-color: var$(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important;\">of juist het tegenovergestelde (alkalisering),<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4);\"><span style=\"--tcb-applied-color: var$(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important;\">vermoeidheid,<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4);\"><span style=\"--tcb-applied-color: var$(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important;\">kramp,<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4);\"><span style=\"--tcb-applied-color: var$(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important;\">onrust,<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4);\"><span style=\"--tcb-applied-color: var$(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important;\">druk in het hoofd,<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4);\"><span style=\"--tcb-applied-color: var$(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important;\">prikkelbaar zijn<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4);\"><span style=\"--tcb-applied-color: var$(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important;\">etc.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4);\"><span style=\"--tcb-applied-color: var$(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important;\">Hoe weet je of je verkeerd ademhaalt of dat je het juist goed doet.Daar zijn verschillende testjes voor. Er zijn meerdere aspecten van de ademhaling waar je op moet letten.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4);\"><span style=\"--tcb-applied-color: var$(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important;\">Wat is je ademfrequentie?<em>Hoe vaak haal je adem per minuut?<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4);\"><span style=\"--tcb-applied-color: var$(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important;\">Wat is je ademteug?<em>Haal je heel diep adem of juist heel ondiep?<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4);\"><span style=\"--tcb-applied-color: var$(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important;\">Wat is je adempatroon?<em>(in-uit-pauze of in-uit-in-uit of in-vasthouden-uit etc)<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4);\"><span style=\"--tcb-applied-color: var$(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important;\">Hoe haal je de lucht naar binnen?<em>Gebruik je de spieren in je schouders, borstkas of buik?<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4);\"><span style=\"--tcb-applied-color: var$(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important;\">Wat is je zuurstofgehalte in je bloed?<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4);\"><span style=\"--tcb-applied-color: var$(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<h2><span style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4);\"><span style=\"--tcb-applied-color: var$(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important;\">&nbsp;Ademfrequentie:<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4);\"><span style=\"--tcb-applied-color: var$(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important;\">Ademfrequentie is makkelijk om te testen. Doe de volgende test.Zet je timer op 1 minuut en tel hoe vaak je ademt. E\u00e9n inademing en \u00e9\u00e9n uitademing samen tellen als \u00e9\u00e9n ademhaling. Heb je dat gedaan, lees dan het resultaat&nbsp; hieronder.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4);\"><span style=\"--tcb-applied-color: var$(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important;\"><strong>Minder dan 6 ademhaling per minuut<\/strong>Jij bent waarschijnlijk heel rustig, heel sportief of heel meditatief. Mensen die vaak mediteren hebben een lagere ademfrequentie. Ook mensen met een sportief gestel of die heel veel sporten en trainen kunnen een lagere ademfrequentie hebben omdat hun lichaam heel effici\u00ebnt zuurstof uit het bloed opneemt.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4);\"><span style=\"--tcb-applied-color: var$(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important;\"><strong>Ongeveer 7 tot 12 ademhalingen per minuut<\/strong>Dit is een volledig normaal ademritme. De meeste mensen zullen in deze categorie zitten.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4);\"><span style=\"--tcb-applied-color: var$(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important;\"><strong>Meer dan 13 ademhalingen per minuut<\/strong>Mogelijk ben je zenuwachtig of voel je je niet op je gemak. Het kan ook zijn dat je door je te focussen op je adempatroon meteen raar gaat ademen. Heb je deze hoge ademfrequentie zonder dat je het door hebt of zonder dat er iets aan de hand is, dan adem je te vaak. Mogelijk heb je last van \u201cchronische hyperventilatie\u201d. Dit betekent dat je te snel en te oppervlakkig ademhaalt waardoor je zuurgraad veranderd. Zowel verzuring als alkalisering kan zorgen voor pijn en verkrampingen. &nbsp;Het is belangrijk om te leren op de juiste wijze adem te halen door het doen van oefeningen.
