Hoeveel ademhalingen per minuut had jij? Niet alleen de snelheid van ademen is belangrijk, maar ook hoe diep je ademt en op welke manier. Vandaag hebben we het over de diepte van ademhalen. Dit noemen we de ademteug. Dit is de hoeveelheid lucht die je bij \u00e9\u00e9n inademing naar binnen haalt. Adem je veel lucht in dan heb je een diepe ademteug (denk aan een zucht), adem je weinig lucht in dan heb je een ondiepe ademteug.<\/p><p style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4)  !important; --tcb-applied-color:var$(--tcb-skin-color-4)  !important;\"><strong>Ondiepe ademteug<\/strong><br>Wanneer je heel snel ademhaalt, haal je waarschijnlijk ondiep adem. Dit veranderd de zuurgraad van je bloed en kan daardoor voor verkrampingen en pijn zorgen. Ga je opzettelijk langzamer en dieper ademhalen dan voel je je waarschijnlijk licht in je hoofd worden. Je denkt meteen: \u201czuurstof tekort!\u201d En je zult snel een nieuwe teug inademen.<\/p><p style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4)  !important; --tcb-applied-color:var$(--tcb-skin-color-4)  !important;\">Maar er is geen zuurstof tekort. Wat je merkt is de wijziging van het gehalte van koolstofdioxide in je bloed. Dat is precies wat we willen. Je lichaam is echter zo gewend aan het huidige gehalte dat elke verandering een alarmsignaal op gang brengt. Volhouden met de juiste ademhaling (ondanks duizelig gevoel) zal de oplossing zijn.<\/p><p style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4)  !important; --tcb-applied-color:var$(--tcb-skin-color-4)  !important;\">Je kunt elke dag 10 minuten lang oefenen met een hartslagmeter.<\/p><p style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4)  !important; --tcb-applied-color:var$(--tcb-skin-color-4)  !important;\"><br><strong>Ademoefening<\/strong><br>Doe de hartslag meter om en meet je eigen hartslag. Ga rustig zitten. Stel een stopwacht in op 10 minuten. Adem rustig in en uit met een ademfrequentie van 7-12 ademhalingen per minuut. Als je het goed doet daalt je hartslag.<\/p><p style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4)  !important; --tcb-applied-color:var$(--tcb-skin-color-4)  !important;\">Wordt je heel licht in je hoofd, onrustig en stijgt je hartslag juist dan doe je het niet goed. Probeer het opnieuw. Lukt dat niet, stop dan met de oefening en ga iets anders doen. Daar had ik last van. Ik was een zogenaamde zuchter. Ik had een lage ademfrequentie en met ademteug was ook normaal. Maar ik kon wel 15 keer zuchten binnen 10 minuten. Daarmee ademde ik teveel lucht uit en raakte ik teveel koolstofdioxide kwijt. Ik heb de bovenstaande ademoefening drie maanden gedaan. Het werkt echt. Ook heb ik bijgehouden hoe vaak ik zucht en echt geprobeerd om dit actief te vermijden.<\/p><p style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4)  !important; --tcb-applied-color:var$(--tcb-skin-color-4)  !important;\">Aan het begin moest ik daardoor na het afbreken van enkele zuchten verschrikkelijk gapen, wat hetzelfde effect heeft als zuchten. Daar schoot ik niets mee op. Toch heb ik volgehouden, door elke dag de ademoefening te doen. Aan het begin, toen ik het nog niet goed deed leek het zinloos, maar toch is mijn ademhaling door de tijd heen gaan veranderen en ben ik minder gaan zuchten.<\/p><p style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4)  !important; --tcb-applied-color:var$(--tcb-skin-color-4)  !important;\">Wat is jouw ervaring met de bovenstaande ademoefening?
