{"id":806,"date":"2024-01-31T09:00:22","date_gmt":"2024-01-31T08:00:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tango.hs1.biz2web.eu\/?p=806"},"modified":"2024-01-19T18:13:49","modified_gmt":"2024-01-19T17:13:49","slug":"ademvorm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/tango4health.com\/nl\/ademvorm\/","title":{"rendered":"Hoe haal jij adem?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important; --tcb-applied-color: var$(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important;\">In deze blog over ademhaling gaan we het hebben over de vorm van ademen. <strong>Haal jij adem via je borstkas of via je buik?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important; --tcb-applied-color: var$(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important;\">Niet iedereen haalt op de juiste wijze adem. <\/p>\n<p style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important; --tcb-applied-color: var$(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important;\">Toen ik nog in mijn praktijk (Heelfit) werkte kwam ik veel mensen tegen die &#8220;hoog&#8221; ademen. <\/p>\n<p style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important; --tcb-applied-color: var$(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important;\">Wanneer je &#8220;hoog ademt&#8221; bewegen je schouders omhoog bij de inademing, vaak gevolgd door het optillen van de gehele borstkas (ribben komen omhoog). Dit is een erg vermoeiende manier van ademhalen die je spieren zwaar belast. Dit kan zorgen voor hoofd- en schouderpijn, kramp in de schouders en rug, extreme vermoeidheid, slechte conditie en chronische pijn.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important; --tcb-applied-color: var$(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important;\">De juiste manier van ademhalen is met je middenrif. Door je middenrif te ontspannen (dit gebeurt bij het uitzetten van je buik), wordt lucht naar binnen gezogen. Door je buik aan te spannen wordt je middenrif omhoog geduwd en de lucht uit je longen naar buiten geperst. Omdat deze ademhaling vooral zichtbaar is in je buik, wordt dit ook wel de &#8220;buikademhaling&#8221; genoemd.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"\">Buikademhaling oefening<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"\">Leg je hand onder je navel op je buik. <\/li>\n<li style=\"\">Druk je buik (onder je hand) opzettelijk naar buiten tijdens de inademing. <\/li>\n<li style=\"\">Trek je buikspieren hard aan zodat je uitademd. <\/li>\n<li style=\"\">Pauze. <\/li>\n<li style=\"\">Wacht tot de inademing weer komt en druk je buik onder je hand opzettelijk naar buiten. <\/li>\n<li style=\"\">Trek nogmaals je buikspieren aan om uit te ademen. <\/li>\n<li style=\"\">Wacht tot de inademing weer komt. <\/li>\n<li style=\"\">Nu laat je de inademing gewoon komen. Voel je hoe je hand naar buiten gaat op de inademing? Zo ja, voel hoe je hand weer daalt op de uitademing. Je ademt nu ontspannen met je buik. <\/li>\n<li style=\"\">Wil het nog niet lukken doe dan het begin van de oefening nog 10x en herhaal dit elke dag net zolang tot het wel lukt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"\"><span style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4); font-weight: var(--g-regular-weight,normal);\">Ik ben erg benieuwd hoe de ademhalingsoefening hierboven voor je was!
