Eenmaal thuis is het de kunst om mijn darmen zo snel mogelijk weer in balans te krijgen. Hoe doe je dat?<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important; --tcb-applied-color: var$(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important;\">Darmflora<\/h1>\n<p style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important; --tcb-applied-color: var$(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important;\">Iedereen heeft zijn\/haar eigen blauwdruk voor de darmflora. Darmflora bestaat uit bacteri\u00ebn die zich in onze darmen bevinden en die ons helpen bij de vertering van ons voedsel. Dit hebben we nodig om gezond te zijn en te blijven.Toch ontstaan veel buikklachten zoals opgeblazen gevoel, winderigheid, diarree, darmkrampen etc. door een slechte darmflora, een gewijzigd dieet of zelfs door onregelmatig eten. Hoe kan dat?<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important; --tcb-applied-color: var$(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important;\">Onze darmflora bestaat uit goede bacteri\u00ebn en slechte bacteri\u00ebn. De goede bacteri\u00ebn hebben de overhand op de slechte bacteri\u00ebn. Totdat het evenwicht wordt verstoord door bijvoorbeeld stress, verkeerd en te vet eten, frisdrank, kleur- geur- en smaakstoffen, verzuring, uitdroging, antibiotica etc.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"--tcb-applied-color: var$(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important; color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4);\">Dan kan het gebeuren dat de bacteriecultuur in je darmen uit balans raakt. Vaak is het best lastig om deze weer in balans te krijgen. Dan kan een darmbacteri\u00ebn-preparaat helpen. Hoe meer verschillende bacterie-families in het preparaat zitten, hoe groter de kans dat degenen die jouw balans kunnen herstellen erbij zitten. Ook kan het helpen om producten te eten met gezonde darmbacteri\u00ebn erin zoals yoghurt, karnemelk, kefir en kwark.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important; --tcb-applied-color: var$(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important;\">Je darmflora be\u00efnvloeden met een darmbacteri\u00ebn-preparaat werkt alleen zolang je het slikt. Wanneer je stopt gaat je lichaam zelf weer terug naar de darmflora die vanuit je geboorte bij jou past. Dit is prima, zolang de goede bacteri\u00ebn de overhand hebben. Dit kun je zo houden door op een gezonde en gevarieerde wijze te eten met veel onbewerkte producten (dus verse groenten en geen potjes, pakjes en zakjes).<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important; --tcb-applied-color: var$(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important;\">Meestal helpt het nemen van een darm preparaat gedurende een periode van 2 maanden afdoende. Vooropgesteld dat je darmen verder gezond zijn. Als je darmslijmvlies beschadigd is, kan het zijn dat de problemen steeds weer terug keren. Je zult eerst moeten zorgen dat je darmen gezond zijn, wil je de bacteriecultuur weer terug in balans krijgen.<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important; --tcb-applied-color: var$(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important;\">Antibiotica<\/h1>\n<p style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important; --tcb-applied-color: var$(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important;\">Antibiotica verdienen een aparte vermelding. Antibiotica doden namelijk niet alleen de slechte bacteri\u00ebn die je ziek maken. Ze doden ook de gezonde bacteri\u00ebn in onder andere jouw darmen. Daarom wordt in veel landen al een darm-preparaat voorgeschreven voordat je met de antibiotica begint. In Nederland begint dit ook te komen, al is het nog geen algemeen goed. Darm preparaten behoren tot de voedingssupplementen, dus je kunt het zelf kopen bij een drogist en hebt hiervoor geen verwijzing van een arts nodig.Als je van tevoren weet dat je een antibioticum zal krijgen (bij veel behandelingen op de pijnpoli is dit standaard) begin dan twee weken of tien dagen van te voren met je darm preparaat.
