Het is meer verslavend dan coca\u00efne of hero\u00efne. Het is verschrikkelijk slecht voor ons en het kan naast chronische pijn nog vele andere klachten en ziekten veroorzaken. Toch zit het overal in en zijn we allemaal verslaafd aan suiker.<\/p>\n<p>Suiker werkt net als andere verslavende stoffen. Hoe meer je ervan eet, hoe meer je lichaam ervan wil eten. Als je stopt met suiker eten krijg je ontwenningsverschijnselen. Je ziet ineens alle reclames met frisdrank, snoep, chocolade, koekjes, toetjes etc. Je ziet het overal in de winkel liggen. Sommige mensen raken zelfs in paniek als er geen chocolade in huis is.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Net als andere verslavingen kun je ook van deze verslaving afkicken. Het lukt al binnen \u00e9\u00e9n maand. De beste manier is om subiet te stoppen met ALLE toegevoegde suikers. Deze suikers kunnen verschillende namen hebben, dus dit wordt etiketten lezen ( zie 151 namen van suiker). Eigenlijk betekent dit dat je alleen nog pure ingredi\u00ebnten (groenten, fruit, ongepaneerd vlees etc.) kunt kopen en dit zelf verwerkt tot een gerecht. Zelf werd ik daartoe gedwongen door het FODMAP dieet. Ik maak alles zelf. Zelfs de kruidenmixen. Het is veel werk, maar ik voel me er zoveel beter bij. &nbsp;Kijk het volgende filmpje voor inspiratie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Na ongeveer \u00e9\u00e9n maand is je lichaam van de verslaving af. Je bent over de ontwenningsverschijnselen heen. Er zijn meerdere programma\u2019s, facebook-groepen en andere groepen waar je je bij aan kan sluiten om suikervrij te eten. Dat kan ik echt aan raden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Weet jij een goed programma om minder suiker te eten?
