In een geleide visualisatie of meditatie neem ik je mee naar deze beslissingen uit het verleden. Er is geen goed of fout. Wees geduldig en sta open voor de herinneringen die bij je opkomen.Visualiseren of een geleide meditatie betekent niet dat je levendige beelden als een film moet zien. Visualisatie kan op veel verschillende manieren gebeuren. Sommige mensen zien niets, maar horen een woord of een gesprek. Een vriend van mij ziet alleen een zwart scherm met ondertitels. Sommige mensen krijgen alleen een gevoel van geur. Dat is allemaal goed. Zolang het maar je geheugen triggert en het je inzicht geeft in hoe je in deze situatie bent beland.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important;\"><span style=\"--tcb-applied-color: var$(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important;\">Voorbereiding<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"--tcb-applied-color: var$(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important; color: var(--tcb-skin-color-4) !important;\">Zorg dat je pen en papier bij de hand hebt om je inzichten op te schrijven zodra je klaar bent met deze meditatie. Je wilt opschrijven wat je je herinnert als je geheugen vers is. Zoek een plek in stilte die je de komende 30-40 minuten ongestoord kunt gebruiken. Je kan kiezen of je wilt zitten of liggen, wat voor jou het prettigst aanvoelt. Als je bent gaan liggen, maar in slaap bent gevallen, is dat ok\u00e9.
